What are my delivery and pickup options?

We offer delivery and pickup every Monday. Choose free delivery within the I-285 Perimeter or pickup from our Johns Creek location.

Is there a fee for delivery?

Delivery is free within the I-285 Perimeter. For areas beyond, a fee may apply at checkout. Various delivery timeframes are available for you to choose from at checkout.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver within the I-285 Perimeter and as far as Acworth, Union City, and beyond. Delivery fees may apply outside the I-285 area.

Packaging & Sustainability

What packaging do you use for meals?

We use plastic microwavable containers for convenience, ensuring your meals stay fresh and easy to heat. These containers are reusable and designed for practicality.

Can I return the containers?

Yes! You can return your rinsed containers by placing them in a bag at your door for pickup with your next delivery. We’ll wash them and connect them to a Slack forum of local cooks who use the containers to prepare meals for Atlanta’s Free 99 Fridge.

Are you working on sustainability efforts?

We are committed to reducing waste and minimizing our environmental impact. In addition to using recyclable containers, we compost and continue to explore ways to improve our sustainability efforts.

How can I update my account details?

You can easily view or update your account details such as your email, delivery preferences, and dietary settings by selecting "Profile" in your account settings.

How do I update my account information?

If you forget your password, simply click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it. If you don't have access to your email, you can create a new account using an accessible email address.

Can I View or Track My Previous Orders?

Yes! You can track and view your previous orders anytime by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section.

Billing & Promotions

How does the Referral Program work?

Refer a friend, and both you and your friend will receive $15 off your next purchase after their first order.

How Do I Earn Points with the Points System?

Earn 10 points for every $1 spent, plus 100 bonus points when a referred friend completes their first order. For every 5,000 points, we’ll automatically add $10 to your account to redeem at checkout.

Can I Track My Points Balance?

Yes! You can view your points balance anytime in your account. Points never expire!

How Do I Update My Account Information?

You can easily update your email, delivery preferences, and dietary settings in the "Profile" section of your account settings.

Can I Cancel My Order After It's Placed?

Due to our short order processing window, we do not offer cancellations once an order is placed. Please confirm your selections before completing your order.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), along with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
